A short note regarding the workshop-

The workshop aims at the process of making a book as a whole, which not only refers to the development of content, but the format it self, where in the format and binding methods are appropriated to the content or concept of the individual.

“One day….”
Everyday we observer, realize and discover. Everyday we experience. Everyday is new. Sometimes a day is more than just that, sometimes it even spills into another. One day something happens, one day nothing does, one day I choose to make a note of it.
Books are more than just the contents within them. With its ability to tell stories, retell histories, hold characters, initiate dialogs and generate space, the Book becomes a personal aperture whilst permitting wider discourse. The handling of the book, in tandem with its content, communicates a complete form: directly relating the structure to the viewer’s experience. The workshop aims at amalgamating content and form of, where binding methods collaborate with narrative to chronicle individual concepts into a single construct.
